Evoke Boats Warranty.

Warranty Period

Two Years (24 months) from date of delivery on all Evoke Boats pontoon boats manufactured in house components, standard suppliers warranty on all purchased in items.

Warranty

The Company warrants to repair or replace (at the Company’s option) all goods and components there of manufactured by it which the Company in its discretion deems to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service within the period of warranty from the date of delivery.

The liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods and components, All other costs, including cartage and installation, are for the purchasers account.

To obtain the benefit of this warranty the purchaser must give notice in writing to the Company immediately and in any event before the expiration of the said warranty period.

Goods and components not manufactured by the Company are not covered by this warranty but the Company will endeavour to obtain for the purchaser the benefit of any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Repairs or alterations to the ‘as manufactured’ goods without written authority by the Company shall waiver any warranty.

Warranty Claims Procedure

In the event of a failure or malfunction of a Company Product within the warranty period, the Company shall repair or replace the defective item/s as it deems necessary and appropriate.

Prior to any claim being approved by the Company, the serial or production number, delivery date and an accurate description of the fault/defect shall be notified to the Company.

The subject goods shall be returned to the Company or its appointed agent at the owners expense.

Under no circumstances are repairs to be performed without the Companies prior approval.

In the event of repairs being authorised by the Customer without prior consultation with the Company, full documentation and invoicing by the repairer detailing defect and required rectification work shall be presented together with a photograph or detailed sketch of the fault/defective item.

In the event of Customer authorised repairs through a non-approved repairer where an appointed agent was available, then that claim shall be null and void.

Warranty claims shall be directed through the Contracts Administrator.

Warranty Claims Purpose

To ensure only legitimate claims are processed and that they receive prompt attention.

Waiver

Failure by the Company to insist upon strict performance of any term warranty or condition of the contract shall not be deemed a waiver thereof, or of any rights the Company may have and no express waiver shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of any term warranty or condition.
